depressed and having nightmares that leave me unable to function. I kinda want to cry, I feel so frustrated about it. I really thought… I was getting better, I guess? I know the EMDR truly did help, but knowing a lot of that is also just me being a stoner is demoralizing.

ive had this weird bone deep pain since i was a kid; when i was 6 everyone (doctors included) dismissed it as growing pains even though it left me in tears frequently…. but it never did stop. at 32 i think it’s something else.

thank you rena 💕 honestly more than anything i am relieved that this means my mom can have a break and is not living in fear in her own home (and also he can’t like, pull out all the wiring and wall sockets or make Dad Tools anymore LOL)

oh and his blood pressure has been extremely high and he refuses any medication for it, basically everyone is scared it’s gonna kill him as it’s been 180+ for quite some time.

also they had to move him to a new facility for being sexually inappropriate with an 80 year old woman, so. that’s all been a lot.

he’s been threatening my mom a lot and the only good thing here is his care team finally know about all that and and are very concerned and trying hard to get him
