There is a noticable expansion of what people are willing to include in their stuff, wargames, board games, storygames, everyone's innovating in their insular circles, but with tech found among the wreckage of that car analogy. Everyone is uncovering brave new worlds in their individual basements.

If Covid-Era TTRPG Twitter was a series of car crashes as mutliple communities smashed into each other in the village square of the internet, this era is a re-siloing, people returning home from the pile-up and subsequent fist-fight, bruised and broken and forever changed from the experience.

there are a ton of hacks and houserules but just reading the core text and like... it's so good in it's simplicity. Exactly what i want a dungeon crawler to be and not an ounce more. Good fucking shit.

What i was thinking was "Twitch lives and dies based on my ability to churn out Content and be physically present in the minds of an audience" when what blogging requires is that I Write Good. Some of my fav posts are from folk who slam dunk a banger once a year then retreat into the wind.
