It occurs to me that the second Trump presidency is actually a pandemic, similar to the first. There’s no fearsome disease but Trump and his Orwellian hangers-on have managed to recreate the swift and all consuming chaos, uncertainty and fear of the first pandemic. Not Covid-19 but Trump unleashed.
