Yes, originally I thought an eye agate, but the other side looks like flint. Even more interestingly, the other side has a circle but it doesn't match!

Thank you @amandatamsin.bsky.social - those lines are exactly what inspired it. I'm so glad it brought that imagery to mind for you 😊

If you search for 'macrame cord' it ought to come up :) this cord I've used is .5mm in width.

I'm really enjoying making the webbing! I have only tried that one the once, but it allows for some really odd-shaped stones!

Beautiful photos, and equally beautiful caption to match.

I just googled banded flint and it's not quite the same - I think the eye agate might be a closer match. But I'm still open to suggestions if anyone is familiar. Geology is not my forte despite all the stones I hoard.

@ross-hori.bsky.social great suggestion - I have indeed! The thing I got most was an eye agate, but they seem to be so varied that it's hard to tell. I'll check out banded flint now :)

Introducing myself to you in that bookshop was the best decision I've ever made 💛 I'm so grateful for this beautiful little life we have. I couldn't ask for more. I love you, Coles.
