The Chimera still was a dangerous and unpredictable monster, she only was killing a demon because the demon picked a fight with her, likely wanting her soul. She normally would be hunting, being an equal threat to people just due to how hostile she can be.
It seems both of them have a common enemy, If they're here to go against Demons to protect someone they care about?
Perhaps the Chimera and HUNTR/X won't have an issue unless they have ill intent.

She currently was unaware of the member of Huntrix, so she had no reason to attack yet…

Now that she had healed, she saw him making a run for it and began to chase after him. She isn’t going to let him just run away from her, no she’s going to hunt him down…

Upon seeing he wasn’t intimidated into fleeing, she immediately began to attack, her front Dragonic claw crashing down in an attempt to crush the deity.
