currently I'm playing the "is this a cycle thing, did I eat lactose without realising, or am I just hungry" game and not expecting to find a concrete answer. bodies, innit.

a friend of mine has a complex spreadsheet of symptoms tied to their cycle that I've glanced at in awe and disbelief that we're such different examples of the species. it's apparently a thing? that said luteal phase as a term is new to me.

mood on that! an excuse to stay in AND feel virtuous for it? sign me up. it seems appropriate to get in the habit of thanking people for doing the responsible thing though - when they can.
