Maybe hate is a strong word but...I didn't need that.

in 2018 I lost my mum after years of her having dementia and of me and my brother struggling alone through it, and a couple of months later one of my cousins I hadn't heard of in 10+ years had the audacity of sliding into my DMs to get mad at me for not telling her side of the family about it

I lost my grandma when I was 13 and after that my mum, brother and I lost touch with a big chunk of my aunts and cousins and all, I would see my cousins a bit in high school but it's not like they made an effort with us, they stopped inviting us/sending Christmas cards and all

I agree with both of you re: the regularity of new music and the fact that we get so much new music! I try to sit with new albums when I can or at least let them marinate for a bit and go back to them later, even if it's not immediate I'll try my best to spend time with an album

I might buy a second pair because they're definitely a great buy, super soft, warm and comfy!
