The ones with the ad that wraps around the whole screen with an auto play video at the top, the swipe to go to the next page thing you have to dismiss virtually every time you open the site and then a different ad at the bottom of the screen 😱

I took a screenshot the other day that I can't seem to find, the visible text between the video at the top and the ad at the bottom was two lines! It makes your brain hurt.

My dad sent me a link to a podcast about notebooks. It went into detail about how the act of writing creates a map in your mind, where that information is retrievable that typing on a screen just doesn't do. I should have made notes so I remembered it a bit more technically

I mainly use it for looking at crochet/knit artists and inspiration. Absolutely crawling with ai now, it's horrible and so many people get sucked in by it believing it's real!

Our war memorial is a listed building, about ten years ago a couple of town councillors spent many 100s of hours applying for funding for repairs, after years of bodge jobs needing putting right left the bill at around £100k. Hopefully this will stop make do repairs to other memorials
