#Salem, MA is considering raising #fines for unshoveled walks. That will fix it. Or, and hear me out, the city could take #proactive steps to get the #sidewalks cleared of #snow. A page on the city website for assistance in shoveling. A neighbor to neighbor program. Library loans of snow blowers.
