Often time we'll need to follow processes because "management said so" even if it means unachievable goals, or suddenly being late on the production because some minor bug became a waterfall of problems

I would argue that vidéo game production is harder than your average product design, like designing a chair. It's very hard to be precise on the time a task need, and I feel that BEING standardized is what creates crunch

Unreal's UI is the worst option out of the 3 engines (Unity, Godot, Unreal)

And Godot's UI is so cool to use

From what I've heard from game artist friends, it suffers from the comparison with Unreal art capabilities (specially shader nodes)

But it's often because they don't know how to use Godot, and heard that it was hard to do what you wanted
