One wonders what kind of funding priorities Congress could pass by naming them after Trump:

-The Trump Initiative for Equitable Immigration Policy
-The Trump Chair for Fascism Research
-The Trump Center for the Study of Personality Disorders

Can you imagine being a grown man, having been elected president, possessing more wealth than most could spend in a lifetime, and still being so deeply and desperately insecure that flubbing a word forces you into a panicky tap dance?

They can’t afford to prioritize “bad guys.” To produce numbers, they need to focus on those they can find and can’t pass up any opportunity to deport. Anytime you concede that a certain group of people is not entitled to due process, you’re just selecting the name they will apply to you when they decide they don’t want you around anymore.

Piling up bogus claims of his evildoing is part of the power play. Trump tells us that if we resist his abuse of power, even a judicial exoneration won’t save us; he’ll just have MAGA cult members locked and loaded to exact their own private “justice.”
