Once she got my attention she'd either lead me to her water bowl and sit by it until I freshened it, or she'd lead me to the bedroom door and sit until I cracked it open for her to nap on my bed.

It's an excellent mix, but goddamn did that upset me.

Pearl used to kinda chide me for staying up so late, she'd waltz into my office while I had my headphones on and either sit right next to me and tap me on the leg or meow super loudly and it always startled me.
