i know this pattern. i got bad inflammation from some combo of sensitivity from a young age plus bad ergonomics (the development of which only improved over the decades, it wasn't there when i needed it most)
now, hardcore deeptissue therapy to break down the damage is the only way to improve.

oh jeez, i hope he'll be okay. that's a serious diagnosis for pups. I hope he's able to weather it given his age.
