I have written up a checklist of what remains to be done on Prism Warriors. This is not necessarily in order of priority. I'm not expecting to get all of these finished by the end of my crunch month, but I will try to get as many of them done as I possibly can.

Tentatively settled on a nonograms game for my #pico1k entry. Unfortunately I've hit an early snag where the code I've written to calculate the clues doesn't seem to detect groups of cells that start at the first cell of that row/column, and I have no idea why.

New development milestone: Prism Warriors has reached 10 KLOC. Prism Indigo, for reference, is just over 6 KLOC. And I'm still not done.

The topic is: terrible games that make me nostalgic because I played them as a kid.

(LMAST isn't terrible, per se, just very unpolished and janky and held back by the PS2's limitations. A spiritual successor would be my ultimate game dev dream project.)

Pros of playing Yet Another Killing Game on Steam: it is really really REALLY good

Cons of playing Yet Another Killing Game on Steam: now I want to resume work on my own psychological horror mystery VN idea

Started watching Corrector Yui again

With the rise of ChatGPT and Grok, this line is now 10x funnier than it was when I first started watching it in 2021, and 100x funnier than it was when the show first came out in 1999

I'm obliged to mention Robot Arena 2, a bargain-bin robot combat game (think BattleBots or Robot Wars) that came out in 2003 and is still being modded over two decades later to introduce new parts and balancing tweaks

Any time I see an anime character holding up a sign, I have to photoshop it. No exceptions. So here is Tetra dropping a truth bomb.

Steam Next Fest has begun, and Prism Warriors DX is part of it! Take control of one of seven magical girls (or all seven if you like!) and play through a small sampling of retro bullet hell action, ahead of the game's release later this year! #SteamNextFest
