I believe that Aikman is spot on with the comment. The unprofessional manner in which the entire McCarthy situation was handled would leave any potential candidate with a lot of reservations. Until Jones stops being so meddlesome, this team will remain mediocre at best. And that is fine by me!

Yes, the choice seemed so obvious. There was hope, promise, joy, smiling... I really believed that Americans were smart enough to not want to go backward. Well, I was wrong. It's disappointing, but my head's held high. It won't be easy, but there's work to be done. Let's get an early start on 2028.
