Poor U.S. labor market data dragged everything ⬇️ last week, especially oil. In the longer term, this means U.S. interest rates will be cut and the USD will weaken. This will stimulate the market while simultaneously driving up commodity prices. Oil & uranium prices are continuing their upward trend.

One may only wonder when the braindead markets react to this regulatory change. With the categorical exclusion, advanced reactor concepts can be deployed at INL and other federal sites much faster without the environmental red tape.

#Nuclear is the grown-up answer. Reliable baseload, tiny land footprint, no begging OPEC (no dependence on oil), no rolling blackouts. Now do the hard part: fast-track permits, standardize reactor designs, and stop letting activists and paperwork kill projects.

#Oil prices might tank in the long run if the U.S. gets into Venezuela’s reserves. It won't happen tomorrow, but we’ll probably see the market start reacting this Monday.

India is rapidly increasing its crude #oil imports from Brazil to fill a gap created by a significant reduction in its Russian oil purchases, which were stalled by U.S. sanctions pressure. So does China due to sanctions on Russia's "shadow fleet" and Ukrainian bombing of Russian oil infrastructure.
