Horse Thoughts.
Sometimes I look at reconstructions of extinct animals (especially Permian animals who are made to look like pink naked monsters for some reason) and go “that doesn’t look like it was ever a real animal. What creature would look like that?!” But then I remembered pigs exist.

Thinking about changing one of my fursonies from a borzoi back to a wolfdog. (The horse stays the horse is eternal) I love borzoi, they are my favorite breed but I don’t really connect/ identify with them. I do feel like a half feral mutt all the time tho. so.

I think one of the worst “kind” things you could do for your kid is not have them help you in your chores and in the kitchen. You aren’t making it easier on your kid, you’re denying them the chances to practice their life skills until they suddenly have to do it when on their own.

I think I’d have to watch it again but while I’m a huge fan of Hosoda’s Our War Game and Summer Wars (which are essentially the same film but I don’t mind) i hatedddd Belle. It was so… twee? Stupid? It felt so fucking dumb.

Blocking annoying people is extra funny for me because I have a poor memory anyway. eventually I forget why I blocked them or who they even were. I don’t even have major beef with them usually, just instant “I don’t like you and want to forget you even exist” button.

I’m not actually a morning person. I’m a 8-10 hours of sleep person. If I just happen to get those 8-10 and wake up at either 6am or 1pm then that’s just fine by me.

when artists only have x or instagram im just... immediately disincentivized from following their art. ive always hated both platforms as art galleries, both have shitass algorithms you have to micromanage, both scrape your art for genai, not to mention the problem with goddamn nazis x has.

Listening to your personal music in the car is a new and wonderful thing I’m enjoying. Either haven’t had a car or the opportunity to listen to the music I’ve wanted to listen to for most of my life.
