And why don't Uber, Just Eat etc get censured - as they are benefitting from this illegal behaviour. It's just the riders who get hit. Uber et al could make them disappear overnight if they prohibited their workers from using.

Those aren't e-bikes. They are illegal, unregistered motorcycles. E-bikes are legally restricted and need to be pedalled, whereas motorbikes are just sat on. It's important to differentiate as actual legitimate e-bikes are not the issue in Sheffield.
