And obviously I am speaking from my experience. I had Covid several times but the extent of it was to feel freaking cold and with zero energy xd
I don’t take drugs to sleep and also if I have periods when I can’t sleep I cut off all digital devices before bed as they contribute to anxiety…

Do anything about it if not trying to get up and calm down.
A good solution that I found out is to exercise - not before bed but in the afternoon around 6-8 to get tired enough .
Please note I don’t mean heavy exercise necessarily. Also depends how much you’re able to do after the infection

I had a relapse with my stomach issues just last month and it's been going on ever since, between tests and being tired af (and tired of being tired) I get home and I want to draw and do stuff but I'm just physically a blob
