De-stashing my yarn. Probably 6 years of slowly collecting 🧶 here and I so far have separated over half out to “donate” to my friends. Will put anything they don’t take in a no-buy group first. I just know I can’t knit or crochet my way out of this.

An update on the crochet blanket I made my mom! Totally forgot to show it when I got pictures but she was STOKED and loves how long it was! And I was able to fix my little gremlin’s “addition” to it with a patch that matches her rug! Best part is the yarn 🧶 I chose matches her furniture perfectly!

An update on the crochet blanket I made my mom! Totally forgot to show it when I got pictures but she was STOKED and loves how long it was! And I was able to fix my little gremlin’s “addition” to it with a patch that matches her rug! Best part is the yarn 🧶 I chose matches her furniture perfectly!
My very first bite of lunch and I get a bone. Granted, slow roasted so it did mostly disintegrate but the texture - being unexpected- was a bad time

If you add items to your Walmart delivery order, it does not adjust the tip!! I’ve been under-tipping every time I didn’t go with inHome and I’m MORTIFIED. I wish I could go back far enough and add more tips 🥲

My husband and I are both somewhere on some spectrum and neither shows much excitement. Today, I unwrapped an OONI - and a nicer one than I would have gotten myself! But my face didn’t show it. He still knew I liked it.

Kudos to the Dunkin employee that boxed my munchkins. I almost didn’t want to eat them, they’re so neatly packaged!

I have a pair of pants that has been just a smidge too long and I’ve been thinking about hemming (but too lazy) and now they’re too short!! What the heck!

One of my cats generates static electricity when we pet her. Doesn’t matter where she is when we do, but running your hand down the length of her back guarantees the next pet will start with a little zap.

Having a great time crocheting these mice for bag charms and ornaments for some coworkers!
It’s a great way to use up scrap yarn, too! Longer pieces go in the sweaters, shorter pieces are used as stuffing!

The person I drew for work secret Santa did not submit a wish list (ugh) but had a “remove before flight” tag on his bag… can I assume he likes planes? I know very little about him, I do not interact with him much and he is still fairly new

I think little me, who played countless hours of a Tonka construction game, would be overjoyed to know I pass not one but TWO active construction zones every day on my way to work and get to spend a little time in traffic watching the projects progress.

Decided to crochet myself some fingerless gloves and I’ve determined that they are only good for making me look like an extra from RENT.

Being an adult is still so weird (I’m 30) because what do you MEAN I’m hanging out with women my mom’s age because we have common interests and I consider them my friends and it only JUST NOW dawned on me that they’re my mom’s age??

My home is surrounded by homes on the 3 parallel sides as well as the 2 corners. All of those homes have children and dogs and I have met all of the neighbors because all of them have gotten a toy or ball into my yard.
