If I were you I'd remove all other drives just to see if it helps. If not, remove the system drive and add another instead. If that helps, slowly add more drives again. If it starts happening after adding a certain drive then you've got your main suspect.

Dammit, welp, no idea then. Although I'd certainly try to install on another drive just to see if the issue returns on that as well... but I guess you're way ahead on me with that as well, right? 😋
