But as two literary studies scholars, we’ve spent the last year and a half working on our projects side by side (albeit about 1400km apart) and jumped at the chance to collaborate on this amazing project! One more week until Exhume goes live and we’re beyond excited!

At a time when it often feels like the arts go unsupported and under-funded, we can’t overstate our gratitude for this opportunity and look forward to sharing the final product with you all soon.

Thanks to this grant funding we were not only able to pay our contributors, but also hosted a series of feedback and workshop sessions which supported the development of their pieces (and also achieved some beautiful community building along the way!).
