Not to be overly nitpicky, but there a few occasions where Voyager was at warp with the nacelles down, mostly notably in Basics Part 1 when it’s attacked by the Kazon raider(s), though probably an SFX mistake.

Yeah, I’m not a massive fan of it either - I thought it was a good move for Discovery to be set there to avoid some continuity/canon entanglement, but the tech and how stuff looked/worked never really sat well with me. (e.g. transporters that can just beam you anywhere seemingly by thought?! 🤷‍♂️)
