Hard to describe, but I don't feel as excited with Genshin anymore, even with still so much to do on game. May be the burn out talking, but HSR is ticking all of my boxes currently in design and gameplay. Hopefully Snezhnaya makes up for it

Most games don't make me pull for meta and just the character design entices me, Genshin did at first too. But now, I don't really care for Kinch design, but the swinging was fun. Feels like Hoyoverse hasn't taken as much care as with the other nations. Fontaine and Sumeru was peak for me.

I should say it's both under and overwhelming. The wallclimbing and other new exploration mechanics are fun but sometimes very frustrating in combat. The story is always good, which is the good part, since I sobbed. The designs could be better, I don't find myself wanting to pull solely on them. 1]
