Gather hair into a low ponytail and hold it with your dominant hand. Pull hair tie over ponytail just enough to create a mini loop. Place non-dominant hand inside elastic as you swoop the hand under the ponytail. Drive hand counter-clockwise as you collect the ponytail onto the elastic. Twist once.
