Only one federal politician has been out to New Yathrib so far....and he came clutching his Tim Hortons coffee.
When finished, he threw his trash in the forest. For almost a year now, we call this "The Tim Hortons tree" - a monument not to trees 🌱🌲🌳 - but to politicians' way of viewing the world.

Seized an unproductive day to instead begin upgrading fencing on the front garden.
WIP that still needs a lot of work but now a full thousand sq foot plot. Godwilling it is now sufficient size for the three things it grows ..

There are a lot of Bald Eagles at New Yathrib, but they don't bother the animals...except the quail; any quail they spot become nuggets very quickly.

A lone squirrel has decided that the chickens are wrong to dismiss spilled surplus food - and gorged himself on a heck of a lunch.

Physically the smallest hen at New Yathrib by far, she wasn't born here but came free with a purchase from a larger operation that deemed her unlikely to survive.
Her personality is one of the strongest though as she has fought her way up the pecking order.
