I made a "pattern" system where I can define sequences of parameter changes, function calls and tweens. it's super useful for defining game behavior in data, helping me save on tokens! #gamedev #pico8

I wrote a function to unpack strings into tables! there's another one of these around, but the strings for it weren't naturally readable. this is much more ergonomic and is going to save me a ton of cartridge space! #gamedev #pico8

working on a simple library in lua that lets you manage your game loop as data, based on events triggering function calls under specific conditions. it's mean to especially simplify making games with complicated game states, like rpgs. #IndieGames #GameDev #love2d
