New article on land use efficiency of renewable energy in Norway. Production density (GWh/km2) was highest for small hydropower and low for land-based wind. Storage hydropower needed to balance wind power at 0.2/1.0 TWh. Led by M.S. Kenawi with collaborators at NTNU and NINA. doi.org/10.1016/j.re...
