all the stuff I've read about it doesn't match what I'm feeling right now, which is just bad acid reflux and some vomiting, but I've been known to really scare myself into believing things that weren't there

I ended up taking a lot of gabapentin, saw that it helps with anxiety and depression and my mom also just had a ton from when she was around, and maybe I took way too much over the course of a week. didn't even help and I'm pretty sure I'm freaking myself out over withdrawal scares now
