Karametra Elf ramp, Sharuum Artifact combos, Oros boardwipes, and the successor to Karametra, Grunn haymaker.

At first, I read that as Sliver, and I mildly panicked because Slivers in Weatherlight would have been the coolest kind of foreshadowing...
I'd have to go with either Steel Golem or Xanthic Statue, because Karn is in the flavor text.

Bloodthirst was a middling ability that was arguably as powerful as Bloodrush, but slower. Meanwhile, Riot was the backbone of a Standard archetype.
And both Jump-Start and Overload were more well received than Replicate.

I think where RAV-GPT-DIS gets its lack of love is from a mechanical standpoint. Guildpact in particular. Haunt, Replicate, and Bloodthirst were all out performed by the mechanics for each guild in later sets.

I think I disagree with the idea that block structure failed Ravnica. They did a decent job balancing the colors per set, and honestly making for an interesting constructed Standard, post-Kamigawa, which was deliberately slower given the overreaction to Ravager Affinity (and less to Tooth and Nail).

I was looking again at the new masks for #SleepToken. They reminded me of art by @massiveface.bsky.social. Especially, these pieces. I'm not saying that Vess and the boys are Rob Bowyer fans, because this kind of iconography is present across every continent and culture. But, it does seem cool!
