Astrologian's Planisphere is currently my favorite card from this set in Constructed because I think it has the most potential.

Like others have mentioned, the most iconic non-Legendary creature in Magic: The Gathering is probably Llanowar Elves, but I personally nominate Storm Crow and Scaled Wurm.
