Doodle of an anthropomorphic female Welwitschia (or a Welwitschified human woman?). The welwitschia's famously long & tangling leaves are used as a stand-in for hair, flowing mostly behind the figure, who is looking at the viewer to its side. Only the plant-woman's upper body, neck, & head are visible.

Some new(er) doodles I made

An abstract landscape doodle of some pyramidal structure with a strange tower, titled & sunken into the ground. It is nestled with jagged mountains & rock, some kind of fog or other substance, and what appears to be some giant truss or ladder-shaped object, or the remnant of some building. There are a few clouds in the sky with some kind of celestial body between them. A landscape doodle of a road going through a valley. There are various plants & bushes near the road, hills to the left of the road with trees on & between them, and a cliff to the right of the road. There are hills & mountains in the distance, as well as clouds and the sun in the sky. Doodle of some kind of gun attached to an arm by an axle going through a U-shaped mechanism. The gun itself is noticeably more detailed than the arm, featuring various stripes, lights, & design elements. There is another doodle to the right which shows the gun venting off.. something through its back end. Doodle of a fortress of some kind, nestled among highlands. It has a large tower and a rectangular building surrounded by walls. There is a road leading to the fortress, flanked by two cliffs with forests on their plateaus and a pond surrounded by grass & other herbs. In the distance, there are large mountains with snow-capped peaks, and large clouds in the sky. In the top-left there is an embellished label written with glyphs I made up on the spot.

Some old doodles I made

In the top-left corner, there's a doodle of a strange pincer-like structure with a large, stocky claw at its left end & a longer, seemingly jointed claw around its middle. There are 3 other doodles of a lobster/centaur-like creature with a squid-like face and with 2 of the aforementioned pincers on long arms. The top-right, center-bottom and bottom-right show it standing, sleeping, and rearing its arms for attack, respectively. A side-view of a spaceship with a tall, curved triangular front that tapers to a longer, shorter shape in the back. It has 1 visible reverse-L-shaped wing, 3 small visible guns, 1 missile launcher on top of the ship, and 2 visible thrusters. Near the back there is a long oval-shaped structure with stripes, one of which has glyphs running down its length, and another having glyphs that stop a third of the way through (presumably because I got tired of drawing them). To the bottom-right of the side view, there is a front view which lacks some of the side view's detail but clearly demonstrates that the spaceship has two wings. Doodles of some strange worm-like creature with a large head with 2 eyes, 2 mid-body segments, a posterior fin, and 2 small wing-like structures on the top of each segment, save for the posterior. There is a normal side view doodle, a normal front view doodle, and a side view doodle where it opens its wide, gaping mouth that is otherwise invisible. The side view also lacks 4 of the wings for some reason. Doodles of some bird-like creature with a roughly pear-shaped body, 2 long legs, and a very large beak. It is shown in a walking pose, a standing pose, a sneaking pose, and some sort of leaping pose.

Figured I should probably post on this site more often than centennially, so while I'm (metaphorically) throwing sketches at the dartboard, have whatever this is.
Digital drawing of a computer mouse, with a stylized mouse face (& ears) on its not-wire-end. This end tapers to a point, giving the computer mouse a teardrop shape reminiscent of a normal mouse. The mouse also has left & right buttons, a scroll wheel, 4 buttons on its sides (2 are mostly implied), & a wire/tail sticking out. There is poorly handwritten text saying "me need smoother" below the mouse, on the bottom-left quadrant of the canvas. The linework is dark-gray, rough, scribbly, and always has a circular end, as it was drawn with a mouse (or trackpad? I forgot), hence the subject matter. The background is a lighter gray.

Hello everyone. I've been lurking for a while now ever since I made this account, since I was moving when I made it. Not much time to draw as a result..
Still going through that process but in the meantime, have some old plant sketches.
Rough purple-ink pen sketch of what I guessed was Galanthus nivalis AKA snowdrop at the time I drew it, on lined notebook paper. Most of the leaves are pointing upward with a slight diagonal curve, while 2 are drooping somewhat. One of them is further away to the left and slightly twisted. There is a single flower hanging from its stalk. A small, cropped portion of another sketch is visible near the top of the image. A rough, purple-ink sketch of what I guessed was Ajuga reptans at the time I drew it, known as a variety of bugle-related common names, on lined notebook paper. Its bilaterally symmetric flowers have a veined texture on the inside of its corolla, while the outside of its corolla is smooth & hairy. Stamens/pistils are visibly sticking out of the flowers' vase-like structure. The flowers are packed together in a raceme, below which there are (relatively) large, deeply veined leaves. There appears to be some kind of damage on the raceme's top.
