Incredibly thankful to have been named Distinguished Librarian of the Year Award for the #MWCMLA.
I love the chapter and it feels so good to be recognized by my peers.
The award is a crystal plaque from the Midwest Chapter/MLA, my tortie cat, Veronica, is posing behind it.

How does one give a non-consent to this invasive tracking?
From the website screenshot: CLEAR is Thomson Reuters’ primary analysis product, which combines data from across public records and the web. That can include details on phone numbers, addresses, associates, and social media activity, according to a video on Thomson Reuters’ website. A document on Thomson Reuters’ website says CLEAR also contains driver license data, credit header data from Experian (which is the personal information, such as addresses, at the top of a credit report), marriage records, vehicle registrations, voter registrations, and much more.

I'm mean, I should hope so, and I'm glad it's so. OpenEvidence is at least billed as a better resource for medical info, even though they have a big CYA section in terms & conditions about using the info for patient care decisions.
