You’re not doing it wrong🙂. There’s many different ways to cross stitch. I stumbled along this method a few years ago, and thought I was the wrong one (until recently), but I somehow find it quicker than the traditional way. I’m a believer that, no matter how you stitch, so long as you do, is good 🙂
