Used to see the blue pickup all the time in a Kearny Mesa temporary storage lot near my office. Also saw them filming the airplane scene at Montgomery.

You’re not going to believe this. Out of the 15 versions on Discogs, this is one of two CDs without that b-side!

I don’t think it was limited but perhaps demand exceeded the qty pressed. Original price was about $100 and it’s currently selling for $170 on eBay and Discogs. Few US options though Bezosworld Canada has it at $90 US.
