1 standard deviation is about 16% so doesn't that mean 84% are below 115? The 68% between 85-115 plus the group below 85. Leaving just 16% over 115.

Humans know what.the rules are and choose to break them. Computers are very good at following rules. Also seems a good bit of it is removing the human driver problems of watching tiktok while driving, emotional reactions, and "I'm gonna be late"
