No bother, for future reference, just pause a youtube video where you want to share from, click the Share button then select the checkbox where is says "Start At" - video will then start at that point in future

The Minister bears no responsibility or liability for any images uploaded to the application for any other purpose. Important: Avian Check App is exclusively for the reporting of sick or dead wild birds. If you suspect the presence of Avian Influenza in a poultry or captive bird flock you must notify your Regional Veterinary Office (RVO) or the Avian Influenza Hotline on 01 607 2512 (9am-6pm) without delay. Outside of office hours, you can ring the National Disease Emergency Hotline on 01 492 8026 (which is operational 365 days of the year) to report a suspect case in poultry or captive birds. Members of the public are advised not to handle sick or dead wild birds. Dogs should be kept on a leash in areas where sick or dead wild birds are present. A Department representative may use the details provided to contact you in relation to this notification. Contact details will be stored solely for this purpose and all reports received in the strictest confidence. Please note, the Department is unable to collect, remove or provide treatment to sick wild birds. Whilst the Department values notification of all wild bird deaths, we carry out targeted surveillance testing of dead wild birds in order to inform the risk to poultry and captive birds. Therefore, not all birds will be collected for testing. Where dead wild birds are present on public lands e.g. beaches, and removal of the carcasses is required/appropriate, we request that the reporter contacts their Local Authority. Where dead wild birds are present on private lands, it is the landowner’s responsibility to remove them, where appropriate. Advice on safe disposal of wild birds can be found on www.gov.ie/birdflu

However, Connolly’s success is also the result of a profound change in political representation in Ireland. The two hard-to-distinguish parties, Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil, have been able to divide the power between them for a long time, as they had been decades before. Sinn Féin has achieved fluctuating successes in recent years, but in between also considerable successes and has shown that the party has been able to detach itself from its image as a pure remnant of the IRA. Connolly was also supported by the Irish Labour Party and the People before Profit party, which emerged in the context of the austerity crisis, and the Greens. That she has managed to unite these poles behind her suggests political skill and a high degree of integrity. The absence of numerous other candidates – the only competitor of Heather Humphreys of the Fine Gael party was almost absent because of her lack of Irish knowledge – was another stroke of luck, especially in the current political situation in Ireland, in which anti-migrant resentment, especially with regard to the problem of housing shortages, is being stoked.

This morning, the Independent TD's campaign issued a statement confirming the money came from an allowance that all TDs get arising from their parliamentary activities. "In 2018, while serving as a TD and in line with Oireachtas rules, Catherine Connolly used a portion of her Parliamentary Activities Allowance under the 'Research' heading to support a fact-finding visit to Syria. The total declared amount was €3,691, as set out in her annual return to the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO). "This expenditure was made for research purposes: to gather first-hand information relevant to Catherine's parliamentary work on foreign policy, humanitarian issues, sanctions, Irish neutrality and Ireland's role in international institutions. Costs covered standard travel and subsistence. No personal benefit accrued. "Engagement with people and organisations on the ground in conflict settings is part of responsible parliamentary research. Such engagement does not imply endorsement of any government, faction or policy. Catherine’s record is consistent and clear: a commitment to human rights, active neutrality, humanitarian law and peace." The statement goes on to say the spending was fully declared in the candidate's 2018 return to the SIPO as required by law. In August, Ms Connolly said it was "certainly" a mistake to meet a supporter of former Syrian president Bashar al-Assad during the trip to Syria.
