Why not go all the way to Evanston? Regardless, I personally think this is too big. I could easily live my entire life inside this boundary with a car and rarely if ever cross the toll boundary.

I’d prefer just turning Lakeshore drive from McCormick Center, to its end on the north side, into a toll road. This seems super logical to me - even as a north side resident myself.
