I saw him so many times back in the day in so many contexts, he was my favorite musician when I started erst in 1998 and I couldn’t believe how quickly I managed to work with him.

I don't think that's it either, they have certainly ordered multiple times from me since March. only Soundohm knows the answer though.

hahaha, Erstwhile is absokutely not 'at fault' here, I have sent them copies of SHM II three separate times this year including again recently.
