I did up this set of drawers. They were a wreck, needing all the drawer bottoms, the back and the top replaced. What do you think?
Before - these were in rough shape. They had been left outside & all the drawer bottoms, the top and sides were liquid damaged hard board, so needed replaced. This was when I was foolishly trying to glue the veneer back down. Note to self - curling brittle veneer doesn't stick to mould. It's a set of draws with six small drawers and two large on the bottom. The lines are quite retro and the wood of the drawers is solid. This is a shot when largely finished. The knobs are turquoise flat plastic circles, the body is turquoise, and it has been staged inside with a case, a small bowl, a tribal carving and a non-functional clock. There is messily draped white fabric behind and an uncentred rug underneath. It's a mess, but you get the idea.

Day two of Kelpie chase target sensitisation program. He has got to the stage where he is just watching cars, but we were surprised by a kid on a bike on the path behind me and he managed to drag me along the ground. All 14kg of him. Lol.
This a photo taken by me of Baz, full bred 100% working Kelpie raised in the bush for 7 months then given to a shelter after it turned out he was crap at rounding up sheep. He is sitting alert in some long grass ( in Canberra in Summer so risking snakes 😬). There is lots of green grass and we are in the shade of a pinus radiata. He is looking towards a bike path, which is out of shot to the right. He typically has gone beserk, barking and jumping, at any wheeled vehicle within sight. Sitting and watching is an improvement!
