also doin more theorycrafting... the evil voice in my head tells me "it'd be easy if you made the spine-tail an actual tail" but THAT'S NOT ANATOMICALLY ACCURATE and so i suffer

Behaviorally and under the hood he's Very Owl (because owls have more research than microraptors for obvious reasons), but visually he is emphasized as microraptor, which I like more
I did play around with wulong coloration but didn't like the values. I wanna paint iridescence. so gui it is!

Streamlined his design a bit. sorry to the dyed hair it's (probably) gone now, it kinda stemmed from me generalizing All Birds like songbirds anyway...
also, he has facial-disc inspired ears now :) ended up keeping the elf ears for shape language + values though!

updated the art resources list with vector art/graphic design, and moved some stuff into their own visual library category. I thiiink that's all I have for now, though there's some sections I really wanna expand more with free resources if I can find 'em
