...there are still issues with this. Like, she didn't provide them with any unique identifiers like DoB. She didn't sign an authorization form. Even if they still had the auth form from the other oph, it isn't transferrable. They violated HIPAA 8 ways from Sunday.

Oh I loved WoD; I've just not had a group to play with so I've been playing D&D. (I used to write for some of the WoD games back in the day.)
