I had a very fun little conversation about backpacks/bags with a doll that's VERY close to me and decided I was gonna dollify one of their OC's (with permission) for a cute little art piece! Ethlessia's going on an adventure and taking her little dolly with her!~

As much as I adore the patterns on bunny hopps, I cannot stand their fit. Unfortunately I learned that right after buying a full bag of them cause I was running low. So for now, I wear the leak-prone padding so I can justify the good stuff in the future!~

Day 27!~ I hate perspective so much. I tried to be even a little bit fancy with the head/face and it looks FUNKY. I think facial construction/perspective is gonna be my next big focus.

Day 23!~ I'm realizing the lighting probably makes a lot more sense when there is a background to show why it's doing what it's doing, but I sure as hell wasn't gonna draw a full background for this one. I'm doing some For Fun drawing tonight so expect to see Ethlessia here in the near future!~

Day 22!~ I have an idea for a piece so I did the pose sketch for it tonight. There is no reference, this is entirely from imagination. I feel like I've grown a TON as an artist in a short time. It was just a few weeks ago that my hope of ever doing anatomy even with a reference was pretty abysmal!

I've worked on this piece very slowly over the past few weeks and decided I'd take the time to wrap it up tonight. Sometimes you just have to put it out there even if it's not perfect.

Day 13!~ I wanna play games with some friends tonight so I'm doing my pose work slightly earlier in the day today. The pose is supposed to be a bit spicier than my usual stuff. It actually ended up proving a bit more challenging than I thought it would be, but I got there!

Day 12!~ I'm feeling so genuinely confident in my art and I cannot fucking wait to see where I go in the future. Doing it every day is starting to be a natural part of my routine and that's a BIG deal for me. Maybe eventually I'll be able to justify a warm-up sketch before my actual drawing time!~
