Artifacts are like Stand users where the plot pulls them all together.
Doesn't hurt that everyone holding an artifact also looks like a Stand user.

I was pretty mid on Emma through CS1 but she's easily a top 3 Cold Steel character for me now.
I'm still a bit miffed I didn't see the vision on Laura until literally midway through CS4 too...
