The administration believes students with disabilities are not welcome in US public schools. They’re willing to go around and act passed by Congress and signed by HW Bush to deny students their equal right to an education. Time for the disability community AND our allies to get loud. /end

Among other things, the IDEA act set up Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), as well as the idea of Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). These are foundational programs that are now implemented daily by school systems around the country. 2/
