This made me laugh SO HARD.
One time we found a fire-safe photo box in my great uncle’s home after he passed. I was like “oh man, what treasures are in here? Family photos?”
Answer: 200+ photos of trains!!!! It was so delightfully hilarious. The man LOVED trains (had a train room)

all the "what would you do if your kid was XYZ" arguments all have the same goddamn answer:
love them. hold them. cherish them. guide them as best you can. let them make their decisions, be their own person, live their lives. just be there for them every step of the way.
