Last week we were invited to attend an EHRC Q&A about their consultation, but decided not to go as the invitation made it clear that we wouldn’t be listened to, and we couldn't see a positive outcome of attending.

We have written to the SPCB about their decision to ban trans women from women's toilets, and trans men from men's toilets in the Scottish Parliament.

This decision will exclude and segregate trans people at the heart of Scotland’s democracy.

You can find our email campaign with templates to email your MP and MSP about the harmful impact of the recent Supreme Court ruling. This will only take you a few minutes and it is so important that our elected representatives know that trans people are welcomed, wanted and loved in our communities

There will be more we want to say to trans people directly once we have a chance to catch our breath.
