"Blooming Cherry" captures a cherry tree I saw this spring in the Willamette Valley. When you look at this piece, it gives you the sensation of looking up among branches during peak bloom. The painting measures 48x70 in and was part of my Colossal Collection.

This piece was painted after my trip to Washington over the summer. The sunset casts golden rays across the sun-warmed water as the sun sets behind dramatic rock stacks on Ruby Beach. It was such a perfect moment that I couldn't capture it fast enough.

This painting depicts Ruby Beach, located on the Washington coast. The water reflected the colors of sunset, while the rocks stood sentinel, watching as the sun faded away.
When I got home, I painted this piece, "Olympic Sunset," with impressionistic brush strokes.

I visited Sequim, WA, ten years ago and found a gorgeous poppy field that felt like a painting. During my 2025 visit, the field was gone, but this little patch remained. It brought me so much joy to paint "Lavender Poppies."

Mount Rainier is a beautiful peak that can be seen from many locations across Washington. This summer, I went for a hike along the summit trail. During the hike, I watched as clouds covered the mountain, thinning into wisps of fog as I walked through flower-filled meadows.
