If you have access to Roger Ebert’s commentary, I highly recommend it. Helps explain why it was so groundbreaking, its firsts, just all kinds of fantastic details from a cinemaphile who particularly loved it.

Apple loves sending devices to landfills prematurely. One of the most cynical things they do is keeping the RAM in their devices to the smallest amount that's reasonable at the time, so that future software updates can gobble it up and make basic tasks unbearable.
