Little girl comes to visit from upstairs. Goodest girl. Best company housing ever.

I just won a best actor award from Portland New Alternative Voices for a comedy short I did last year. Roger the Funeral Home Guy was fun to play. My second funeral home guy, if you’ve got one that needs playing.

The only footage I have of my normal workday from that time. My last day on the Fall Out Boy/MGK tour. I left to do a workshop of a new musical by a Gordon Gano at Milwaukee Rep. I did salads, antipasti, desserts and breads. This is just my food responsibility on the vid. monster gig on the road.

When I was actively working as a baker and pastry chef I went years without buying bread. Still do it often for relaxation, seldom for work. Last night’s simple naan.

Some heroes apparently carry white paint and a little brush to do their hero work. Amazing. LOL

It’s the same old story all over again.
You turn a lover into just another friend.
I wanna love you.
I wanna make you mine.
Won’t you…lay it on the line.

Another walk home, great place to work.

This theatre where Krista and I have done two shows in a row has asked us to stay on through the next show. Artist-in-residence with your wife is a much better time than touring or jobbing around.

During my yearly rewatch I’m confirming that Bava’s Planet of the Vampires (1965) remains incredible and is so clearly the direct parent of Alien (and so many others). Schlocky fantastic campy horror with fucking style for weeks.

Opening night! Come see Stephen King’s Misery in Port Townsend, WA, through Halloween Weekend at Key City Public Theatre! I’m Paul, my wife Krista is Nurse Annie and tickets are already scarce!

Can’t go to One Battle After Another at the local drive-in because I have shows those nights. This is killing me (figuratively).

This was a fun one, Joe the Beaver on Grimm woulda run away from absolutely anything showing the barest aggression. I stand by the impulse.

Playing Paul Sheldon means not shaving for a few weeks. I’m always partial to the beard.

I like working here.

Found the holy grail of yard sales today. Bought a four foot stack of Criterions. Click and Zoom for my joy.
